Lee trained at Paris Smith in Southampton, then following three years at Laceys in Bournemouth she established The Commercial Law Practice in 2006. Lee deals mainly with company, corporate, commercial law, commercial property and civil and commercial mediation.
Lisa graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Law with Decision Making in 1990. She qualified as a solicitor after completing her articles in 1993. Lisa has advised companies, public authorities and individuals over 25 years mainly in the areas of litigation and employment law. Lisa has considerable governance experience advising Boards, committees and other panels when making decisions. Lisa has joined the Commercial Law Practice to develop its litigation and employment team.
Ben obtained his Law Degree at Bournemouth University in 2014 before graduating from Groningen University in the Netherlands with a Master’s Degree in European Law, specialising in international energy contracts and climate law. Ben joined The Commercial Law Practice in 2016 and is now a Solicitor with us. With a passion for shooting at national and international level Ben is developing a specialist practice area in Firearms Law and Legislation.
Marielle obtained her degree in commercial economics in the Netherlands and completed her academic education with a Masters of International Business Administration at Bournemouth University. She gained useful experience working for companies like BMW and Rolls Royce and has now joined the Commercial Law Practice to develop the business, implement marketing strategy and assist Lee with corporate and commercial transactions.
Alex joined The Commercial Law Practice conveyancing department after completing her Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. She obtained her Law and Politics degree in Wales and gained experience through working in Debt Recovery and Dispute Resolution departments during her studies. Alex is fluent in Polish and, driven by her passion for languages and travel, has a good grasp of Russian and is a keen learner of Mandarin Chinese, French and Spanish.
Sam originally started out in the food service industry specialising in seafood. It was here that he developed good talent for accounting and customer service skills before joining for The Commercial Law Practice early in 2017. Since then Sam has adopted his new role as our accounts and office manager and he now has a wealth of knowledge which has quickly developed him into a valuable member of our team.
Sue started working for The Commercial Law Practice in 2009. Sue assists with accounts and conveyancing work having studied for and gained a BTEC qualification in conveyancing practice.
